Terms of Submission

These terms cover anything you submit. Read alongside the House Rules, Privacy, FAQ and Methodology.

What you confirm

You received no payment for the assignment. Your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You have the right to submit it. You paraphrased and did not reproduce proprietary employer material or assignment prompts. It contains no confidential information, trade secrets, names, URLs or identifying details.

Please don’t use the site to make claims you know are false.

What you allow

You grant Round 3 Isn’t Free a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, format, redact, generalize, archive, excerpt and remove your submission, including in social images that show only its anonymized, generalized content.

What we may do

Publication is not guaranteed. We may reject, hide or remove any submission at any time. We may redact or generalize identifying details. We won’t intensify the meaning of what you wrote.

What the site is

Calculations are estimates. Displayed amounts are estimates of market value. They are not debts, invoices that anyone has agreed to, or legal claims. The site is advocacy and editorial content. It is not legal or employment advice.
