Something look wrong?
Corrections & removals
If you believe a filing is inaccurate, identifies a person or organization, discloses confidential information or infringes a copyright, tell us.
What to send
The filing number. What the problem is. Whether it is factual, identifying, confidential, copyrighted or otherwise sensitive. Enough information for us to evaluate it.
What happens
A credible privacy or confidentiality concern may lead us to hide the filing while we review it. We document corrections internally and we don’t publicly name anyone who writes in. Removal isn’t automatic because a company objects. We may permanently remove content that breaks our rules.
We won’t argue about individual filings in public.
Copyright notices
To report suspected infringement, send a written notice that identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the filing and where it appears, includes your name and contact information, states a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and states under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing material when notified and terminate repeat infringers where applicable.
Where to send it
r3isntfree@protonmail.com. A dedicated corrections and copyright address will replace this at launch.
