Round 3 Isn’t Free

What we collect and what we don’t

Privacy

We designed the site to reduce identification risk, but no public submission can be guaranteed anonymous to every person who may already know the underlying interview.

What you submit

Company size (optional), industry, the kind of work requested, level, hours, interview process length, outcome, a short description in your own words, and three confirmations. There are no accounts and no email field.

What is published

A moderated, generalized version: categories, exact hours, interview-process ranges, the cleaned description, outcome, and an estimated value. Never dates, timestamps or anything tied to you.

What is stored

Your raw submission waits in a private moderation queue, separate from the public archive. After a filing is approved or rejected, the unredacted raw text is deleted on a fixed schedule (currently 14 days). Moderators keep minimal notes and a short status history.

What is intentionally not stored

Round 3 Isn’t Free does not store IP addresses with submissions or use them to identify contributors. We don’t store browser or device details with submissions.

Temporary infrastructure processing

Infrastructure and anti-abuse providers may temporarily process network information needed to operate and protect the site. The site runs on Cloudflare. Submissions are screened with Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a short challenge in your browser and is subject to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

Rate limiting

To prevent flooding, we use a short-lived pseudonymous abuse-prevention token that automatically expires. It is derived with a secret that rotates daily, is never attached to a filing or published, and is deleted within about a day. We don’t log the raw input.

Analytics and cookies

We use Statcounter for visit analytics. Statcounter may process technical information and cookies under its own privacy terms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who can see the queue

Moderation is limited to authenticated administrators behind multi-factor access.

Legal process

We can only produce what we hold, and we hold very little that identifies anyone. We will review any legal request on its merits.
